Alzheimer’s Society are looking for Christmas card designs created by a person affected by dementia.
Are you creative? Do you have a great idea for a Christmas card? Do you want to have some fun and give it a go?
If so, submit your entries by Wednesday 12th July.
You can include up to 3 entries per person, and your submission must include your name and your contact details.
