I have severe concerns for my mums mental health, she has had an offer on her house and wants to return back to the area she used to live in. This is over 254 miles from me, and I am her only support network, however she is recently saying she hates herself for buying the place she is in, and continually repeating this, she says she feels very down about it all, she is unable to do anything or go anywhere, I have offered to drive her back to London to visit places. Knowing that she is unhappy where she is, but her mental health seems to be getting worse, she was shouting at me this morning saying "I know you hate me" and repeating how she hates herself. I am wondering about phoning the doctor.
