walking group in North London

Hi,
My name is Cathy, I am in the early phase of dementia. I enjoy walking and I am physically fit. I am a retired journalist, now living a more quiet life and hoping to meet new friends.
I would very much like meet people who are also interested in walking and perhaps other activities.
I live close to Hampstead Heath where there are very good walks. I am also interested walking in other areas that might be suggested by other people.
