Rubbish

Hi There

Our Mum won’t leave rubbish in her bin. She likes to hide it in the garden, alleyway or other neighbours bins.Neighbours are getting fed up & putting blocks of wood/ bricks on their bins.These means she is walking further down the road to find a bin.

Any ideas/tips we could try to stop it ?

Do you think your mum thinks no one will collect her rubbish @AK18. Or perhaps she`s embarrassed about it , we have no idea how she sees it. It`s a new one for me.

I hope someone else will be better able to advise.
