Just a quick question that I will ask a solicitor when sorting POA but thought I'd ask your opinion(s).
My Uncle (Mum's younger Brother) has offered to come and live with Mum. He currently lives in Yorkshire (We're in London)and is living in rented accommodation. He is working but of pensionable age. My siblings and I are very happy that he is able to help but what will happen if (when) Mum needs more help and may need to move and of course when the inevitable happens?
Has anyone any experience of this type of situation. Any advice welcome.
