My interpretation ( after thinking about the two component word)
-Object ( The reason for doing whatever)
Functionality - the abiity to actually do it

so, the object being to make a cup of tea - and the ability/inability to actually carry out the task succesfully

Hi,
Objectively means what the doctor, nurse or cater can see or hear. Functional means it’s about the ability to carry out a particular task in your environment or elsewhere.
Sometimes doctors and other members of their teams use jargon words instead of plain English.
