@Murphy2 and welcome to the Dementia Support Forum. I am sorry to read about your mum's LBD diagnosis. My husband also has LBD and is on the patches. He has been on them for almost five years now. He still has hallucinations and nightmares but it is hard to tell if they would have been worse without the patches.
