London ride 100 - cycle ride for Alzheimers

In august I am taking part in the Prudential London Ride 100.

I have chosen to raise money for Alzheimers as my Mum has it as well as 3 other Aunties.

If you are going to donate to the charity then at least it will make my effort worthwhile.

Just wanted to say that despite the wet weather I managed to complete the Prudential ride London in just over 5 hours on Sunday.

I didn't go overboard on the fundraising but am proud to have raised around 200 pounds for the great work that the Society does.

Next year I hope to get a team of cyclists from my company to take part.
