Hi,
Does anyone know how to delete a post? I have tried but it keeps coming up with an error and asks for me to add text.

Thanks

I think you have to ask an administrator to do it for you. Posts can only be edited up to 24 hours after being written.

I dont think you can delete a post, but you can edit out everything in the post and then write "duplicate post" or "wrong thread"

Report post and ask for deletion.

To post an apparently blank post within the time limit just edit to contain only a full stop.

You can also make it invisible by changing text colour to white.

Generally clicking on the Report button under the post and asking the moderators and admin to delete it is your best option. There's usually someone around most times of the day to remove the post.

The problem with deleting a post is that it can make nonsense of subsequent posts. So unless there is a specific reason, such as breaking terms and conditions, I think posts should be left.

If a person feels strongly about it, they can report the post and explain their reasons.
