h at other people think of her so would never recognise it or admit to any failing at all @ iw ould never do/say/or forget that!
, if ever bought up by professionals like at the hearing clinic a few months go, she will answer 'no never!!' to a question of 'any menory problems?' ... Ihave to do lots of gesticulating which if she gets an idea I'm not agreeing with her self diagnosis she will say' oh only(me -DIL) thinks so no one else-'
if she sees anyone for a memory test or related appt she starts to cry before they even say anything... so i think she has an incling of something but its is always ' fine I can do everything' especially when SW is around. Mind you she is one who would say 'they've got that nasty thing, you know '( cancer)
I think she thought if you never say it it won't happen... wonder if that's her perspective on AD??
