Handy tip for washing

* Use towels with velcro fastenings. I bulk buy them from ebay (spa towels). This means I can keep mum covered up and have my hands free. They are also really easy to get on and off. I tend to shower her (we now have a wet room) while she is sitting down and let her wear one at all times.

Thanks for this suggestion. Wearing the towel while showering would help Mum protect her modesty and if the carers then put soap on the wet towel around her body and rubbed it, they could easily wash her all over without removing the towel.
