If I've got my maths right, that means that two thirds of homes do?

Well, in my days anything more than 50% was a majority?
No, these are not good figures ...... and I reiterate a passion previously declared here - that instead of necessarily focussing on the 'bad and the ugly' we look to the 'good' and strive to drag everyone else up by the bootlaces if necessary to achieve the standards some care homes clearly can and do achieve ......
I'd love to see a comparative study of care homes 20/30/40 or more years ago ...... then again - they weren't even called 'care homes' then? (I don't think I need to spell it out
