"No", seems the answer to my question. I guess I get rather too fraught up about things: No one else seems to have trouble in feeding their charges the thick or thin puree diets and having them coughing. Being bed bound, it is not possible to go in for the imaging, and the visiting language therapists aren't much on imaginative suggestions.
