Hi Katherine,
I'm running the Manchester 10k at the end of May for the Alzheimer's Society. I have to say I'm really looking forward to doing something positive to give something back and to say thank you for all the help, advice and so much more that I get from such a fantastic organisation

Manchester 10k

I'm running the 10k in manchester tomorrow too. Really nervous but going to do my best. I know i can get round, the question is how fat! Such a great charity, running in memory of my grandfather who passed away last year.

I got round without stopping in 1 hour 12 mins. It wasn't very fast, but I thought I was an Olympian!!! How did you do Alex?
