Iron on letters for running vest

Hiya,

I am running the Bupa London 10,000 for Alzheimers on Monday (27th). I was just trying to iron on my letters to my running vest but I've lost the instructions and I don't know how to do it!

Any help would be massively appreciated

I found this (and your query ) when I googled...I wouldn't use too hot an iron and I would put a tea towel on top.
