Do you have experience of care planning in older adult care homes?
Researchers based at the Universities of Oxford, Bristol, Kent, Liverpool, funded by National Institute of Health and Care Research, are interested in care planning in care homes and how they support residents.
We'd love to hear from social care professionals, including care managers, care assistants, and activity coordinators, about their views and experiences of care planning. These will help us to better understand how care planning can improve residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. Results will be fed back to the care home community.
Interviews are taking place between October and December 2022. Interviews will be conducted remotely, online, or in person. Interviews will take around 30 minutes and will be recorded. Participants will receive a £20 voucher to thank them for their time.
