Desperate for any help

Mum lives 200 miles away, neice has Power of attorney, she's stolen 31,000 in 3 months, police made her pay it back, but won't prosecute, safeguarding department has refused to take Power of attorney from my neice, I can't afford a solicitor I'm on state pension
PLEASE HELP WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS IM DESPARATE FOR HELP

I am so sorry to read about what has been going on with your Mum's finances and the concerns you have about your niece abusing her Power of Attorney. Do please as has been said above, contact the OPG.
