I just wanted to share this link to a blog that a friend is updating throughout the Vietnam to Cambodia cycle challenge that he is taking part in to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. Fab pictures and a journal from a truly inspiring man who has raised close to £5,000 by completing 6 challenges in 2012.
