Thanks. I think, generally, the answer is always simple, even though we (I'm the worst offender) torture ourselves with the process of getting to the simple and obvious answer.

Yes life would be easier if we could do what we know is right without guilt ,easier said than done !!!

Thank you for wise words Zeeebs and highlighting them Jeany. We often devote ourselves to one side of the quote without (because of love, guilt, duty....), paying much attention to the other.

It is hard to do, and I guess we need to be reminded - even if we always apply it or say it to others with ease and not ourselves!
