This is very strange.

The time on my pc was an hour 'slow' so I put it to the right time.

but what is confusing is that the time on the forum is still an hour slow.

Sorry, not explaining this v. well. for example I posted at 6.00 pm but on the post it showed the time of posting as 5.00 pm.

any ideas?

Yes
Talkig Point works on Grenwhich Meantime (GMT)
I the summer we add on 1hour (Britsh Summer Time )
So although the time may be 6.00 on your clock TP remains on G M T (5.00 )
( saves ***** about withthe clocks )

When we put he clocks back in the autumn our clocks and TP will be the same Time
When you see the time shown on TP just add 1 hour

Yes. If you go to Settings, then General Settings, then Scroll down to Date and Time settings and set DST correction Option to always on then press save at the bottom (something I often forget to do ) and there you go.

Alternatively, you can set it to AUTOMATICALLY DETECT DST SETTINGS (again pressing Save Changes at the bottom) and that should work even when the clocks go back in the autumn.
