I found this on my local carers support centre website. It is only available locally in small numbers, but an interesting idea for anyone in Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. It would interesting to see if it available elsewhere.

my husband still goes on the bus and he carrys a helping hands card to say he can be confused and maybe need help. it has his name on it and my contact number so that if he gets lost, they can contact me. he keeps it in his wallet and he has another one in his bus pass. we got it from the bus company.

For those not using tech ID I had a pet tag on my husband`s key ring engraved with his name and contact phone number on one side and the information about his dementia and diabetes on the other side.

This was in addition to an AD ID card in his wallet.

However ill he became he always had his keys in his pocket.
