Regularly my mind goes blank when talking. I just can't recall the word I want. Also regularly mix up letters in words I am writing. On paper or texting. Usually not noticed till reread. Are these normal things for evetyone?

I don`t think they are normal if you have been fluent previously. It doesn`t necessarily have to be anything sinister and only your doctor can diagnose.

If you can, save some of those texts or mistakes on paper for your doctor to see. .

    Welcome to TP :)

See your GP as it could be something easily resolved like anaemia.

That's normal for me, no dementia, I hope! Aging, stress, lots of reasons why.

Thankyou for taking time to reply. I already have enough health problems, but I suppose this is one that anyone would dread and naturally worry about. God bless.
