What help is out there?

Hello, My Mom has Alzheimer's and lives alone, I live 4 hours drive away. I've just spent the week with her and she needs some additional support in terms of taking medication and looking after herself.
What help is out there? I don;t know where to start....

Hello @Thackerj firstly I would suggest getting in touch with SS for a needs assessment and a financial assessment for your Mom. If your Mom would be self funding you could then contact care agencies directly.
It must be difficult being so far away from your Mom.
