Ah, aqua aerobics used to love doing that I'm not a brilliant swimmer so maybe I should try getting back into that.

Online courses sound good too have seen earlier on this thread MOOCS online need to look.

Aisling strong black coffee is good but for me it's a BIG mug of tea (2 tea bags) nice and strong but not stewed.
