    Hi everyone,

    Talking Point is back!

    We’ve updated the software for Talking Point to enable us to continue to maintain the community, to improve the design and features, particularly for people using mobile phones and tablets.

    You can ask questions and share feedback on our FAQ thread.

    We've also attached our new Quick Guide to this thread, which has lots of tips on how to use the new Talking Point.

    Things that are the same

    At the top, you’ll still be able to log in, access your messages and notifications.

    We’ve kept your posts, discussions and images and you’ll also find the same forum areas.

    You can still search and find your way around above the forums and discussions.


    Things that are new

    - alerts when you have a reply or comment

    - bookmarking useful posts

    - a live chat feature

    - mentions, adding @ before a member’s name to alert them to your comment

    - improvements to private messages

    We understand that this will seem like a big change at first and we’ll do all we can to answer your questions and offer support if needed.

    We're confident that there shouldn't be problems, but if you do have trouble logging in or using Talking Point, please contact us by emailing talkingpoint@alzheimers.org.uk.
