Alzheimer’s Society need your help, please take part in our survey!
At Alzheimer’s Society we want to understand more about people who have been affected by dementia, including carers, relatives and friends. We are particularly keen to know more about their lifestyle, attitudes and opinions.
We would be very grateful if you could spare 25 minutes to take part in our survey and let us know more about yourself. Your responses could help us find better ways to reach with people who need our support as well as create interesting ways to engage with our charity.

The survey is completely anonymous and all responses will be independently analysed by a market research company called Morar HPI, under the Market Research Society code of conduct.
