Very low Blood pressure

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help, visited dad today and he was saying he felt unwell, when the nurse took his blood pressure it was 75/43......they said it was also low this morning and the dr was coming to see him at some point today.

Now to me that seems very very low...

I asked about his medication and was told that taking him off the parkinsons meds, would give a whole lot worse problems than the low bp...
