Hi I recently ordered Dad some new shoes and socks from a company that specialises in the elderly. There was a box asking if he was VAT exempt. Does anyone know if Alzheimer's suffers qualify for this. He lives in a care home.

Yes you will be fine, when I have bought items on several sites that has one of those boxes I have ticked the box for the VAT discount and have input dementia as the reason and it's been fine
