Vascular Damentia

My wife has been diagnosed with vascular Damentia, it showed up about May last year with phobia and at the time I did not realize it was Damentia.
By Dec driving skills were affected.
Now constant supervision is required.
I was informed by psychiatrist that deteriorating is in steps not slow and gradually. It's a steep learning curve but managing well.
