Using my own money in the short-term?

I/we may need to start getting carers in for my OH. This would be self-funded. We have totally separate bank accounts.
If I use my own money in the short-term, until the LPA's are finalised, would getting it back from his account to mine be seen as Deprivation of Assets?

Pay yourself with one bank transfer and if bank statement is requested attach totalled list with copies of receipts.

I wonder what would happen in the event of LPA not being granted before my meagre savings expire! But never mind about that right now. Let's not start overthinking, eh?
