Hi everyone

Although I release not everyone will own an iPhone there is a function called "find friends" this is for iphone 4 and above. My family(you also need to own one as well) use it to keep an accurate check of my location when I am out and about. Its very useful if you become lost or disoriented and the friends that subscribe will be able to locate you within a few metres and at any time day or night. Although I have never been lost it could be useful

yeah, more & more phones have gps in them these days & as technology catches up with the older generations i guess it'll have more of an impact in future. This of course could be useful for those with wandering loved ones - but i guess it'd need constant monitoring by someone to check if someone has gone off track (or just leave it to not back by an agreed time by which point the risk is already heightened)
