I have no doubt that it would be possible to find patients who have been improved with these drugs.
I dinf it hard to believe that the medical profession would use them if they did not believe there was even a possivility of gaining a benefit.
It is certainly possible to find people who have had no benefit at all from drugs like Aricept, or who had dramatic side effects.
Yet we have had enormous benefits from it.
