Just thought that I would give you all an update on how my husband has been since a week ago him having his seizures.
it has been a rollercoaster of emotions.
He’s still in the hospice and they have told us that he is at end of life just no one knows when.
it’s agonising watching him just lay there it seems so cruel.
They lifted the seizure medication by only 5ml and he had the occuhead jerk so it’s been put back up to what it was.
waiting on blood tests to come back to see what his organs are doing .
I obviously am in bits at the thought of losing him but I hope that this process isn’t to long either .. For him ,me and our children

Thinking of you @Nanny k . Just been through this with my Mum. She had very poor quality of life at the end, as you say it is hard to know what to think. Hopefully they can get pain relief so that he is comfortable. Mummy was very peaceful in her last days and that was some comfort.

This is very sad for you and your Family and something that we all dread having to face when the time comes. I hope he is comfortable and is being well looked after, and you all get the strength you need to deal with this.
