Unpaid carers and covid vaccinations

@potsandpans did you try call the 119 hotline? A friend of mine's mother had some issue getting to her designated hub and when she called 119 they were able to provide her with alternatives.

I don't know if I qualify as an unpaid carer for jabs or not. I'm registered with my GP as a carer but haven't heard a thing. Happy to wait until they see fit but it would be good to know

Thanks for advice @Kay111. Managed to get local jab through GP after 3rd attempt got a receptionist who understood! I had no hub near enough and yes, did call them, but was advised to go back to GP first. Especially as hub meant booking both sides and who knows if I can go anywhere in another 12 weeks? If I went to hub for 1st dose had to go there again.
