It is well explained, very graphic and clear.

I wonder if I should send this to my daughters - they are aged from 27 to 36. I think it helps us all, knowing what to expect... but they might find it upsetting...?

I think it is very hard for them to see their granny so diminished, and to know that she will deteriorate right up to the end.

It is what I most feared for my mother, and now for myself... what a dreadful way to end your life, what a burden on your family...
