Tracker on wandering person

Hello. My mum may now be at risk of getting lost, can anyone recommend a tracker that I could sneak into her bag. Hope she doesn’t find it because, of course, it’ll be a foreign object to her and she’ll remove it. Thanks very much.

There in lies the 1st problem, closely followed by the 2nd, how do you recharge/change batteries?
Wandering is often the trigger point that leads to Residential Care.
