Tomorrows the day

Well tomorrow FIL has his first visit from the memory clinic I am nervous as hell to be honest I know it's a huge step in the right direction , a particular friend has told him the only refered him as the gp gets a £250 pound bonus he should of refused it !! , oh my little does he know we had been giving docs diarys of his behaviour etc , I've managed to chat with lady that's coming tomorrow , just feel sick to the stomach he's gonna give her her marching orders etc ... Let's hope for the best , think of me 3pm tomorrow xx

I hope she's as clever as the specialist charge nurse who visited my mum at home for her extended memory test. Mum was quite oppositional when she arrived but the nurse cut through all the negativity to the point that mum invited her to call her by her first name at the end of the tests.

I was present for her visit and was horrified by the extent of the problems mum had with her long term memory never mind her short term memory.

Oh bless her glad she felt at ease ...thank you....he's certainly unpredictable can be nice as nice then aggressive and moody let's hope it's the first and not the latter lol

My dad is like her. The lady came to us yesterday and it went well. Hope it will be the same for you. Will be thinking of you x
