UPDATE; I used the help Cat 27 gave me earlier and rang the helpline. Had to leave a message as they were busy. A short while later, a lovely lady called Jackie rang me back. We are now emailing so they have all the facts.
I am glad Cat27 put me right. Trying to call from work would not have been so easy.
Not sure I can get anywhere having seen the responses above, but certainly worth a try.
