Does anyone know if an IMCA would be able to help with the following

I was lucky enough to have the brilliant IMCA in the past who helped to get my mother moved to another care home.

As we are now in ‘un presented times ’ regarding my Relevant Persons human rights to a family and private life which are currently being denied and the insistence of a full facemask as apposed to a visor which causes my mother distress because it worries her, she thinks that I am ill and is not sure that it is me, it is more distressing to see her like this that to not see her at all.

The care home are obviously covering their backs, but meanwhile residents like my mother are being denied their human rights, is this something that an IMCA can support with?

There is quite a dominant stand in manager and way over the top rude and dominant matron and assistant manager who I feel intimidated when trying to discuss anything with them.

Is this something I can request an IMCA for?
