I have just been reminded that although my mother's next stage of her journey (discharge) is now going to happen can i HURRY UP and find her a care home as they need the bed.....this is neither dignified or appropriate.
I understand the need for the hospital bed but if the local authority were able to find a suitable location we are more than happy for her to go....
