The Lancet has published a Commission on Dementia: "The Lancet Commission on dementia aims to review the best available evidence and produce recommendations on how to best manage, or even prevent, the dementia epidemic." It''s available from their website for free, but you need to subscribe to access it. Once you've downloaded it, you could unsubscribe if you don't want regular emails from them.
