Saturday I visited my dad and was greeted with Ive missed you, magic moment for me. Dad is still struggling to move with a trapped nerve, yesterday he fell in the kitchen. He leant on the laundary basket thinking it would give him support, luckily he was able to get himself up.

I have noticed dad has started to smell of urine, i know mum baths him once a day. This weekend and today I have had to help dad on to the toilet, luckily he now sits down. He is even having trouble finding the toilet.

Today he talked about his sisters and said they have gone now. He is very confused where he lives and ask were do I live. Mum looks a lot better this week and loved the company from my eldest who visited today. We even got day out of the house for a small walk in the garden.

Mum and dad are the most amazing people in my life.
