The dreaded poo problem - help!

Another "explosion" today -and not due to constipation this time. Took ages to clean up the mess in the hall and her bedroom once we'd managed to wash and change Mum. Starting to wonder if this the shape of things to come - hope not. Don't know what I'd do if my sisters weren't at the end of the phone. Just hope thus sort of thing doesn't happen during the night!!
