I joined this forum a few weeks ago because my father had been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia earlier this year and found many useful posts and received many lovely replies .

Unfortunately my father passed away yesterday after contracting Pneumonia following a severe bowel infection.

I would like to say thanks to everyone who made me feel so welcome and although i probably won`t be here too much in the future i shall still pop in and hopefully help anyone if i can
