I read this forum regularly and occasionally post something but I just wanted to say a big thank you as I recently followed advice on here re increasing AA to the higher rate for my dad and yesterday received notification he has been awarded the higher rate backdated to April when they received the application. Without TP and the advice of 'those who have gone before' I'd still be thinking he wouldn't qualify so again, THANK YOU TP!!!!!
