I wonder if anyone has any experience with specialised taps (e.g. what worked or what was an absolute waste of money).
Taps that turn off after a certain period, rather than risk them being left on overnight. I think they are called "self closing taps". We've seen them in a lot of public toilets and think that fitting them in the house may stop an accident waiting to happen.
We are just trying to check out the best options before a plumber starts rubbing his hands together in preparation for an estimate.
We've looked around the net, but would rather go on recommendations:
