The latest Talking Point user survey results are in, and they can be viewed here.

693 people completed the survey, which is a brilliant response. Many thanks to all who took the time to share your views. :)

For those who don't want to read the whole document, a few key findings are:

  • 90% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that Talking Point was a good source of information about dementia. (This figure was 91% last year).

  • 90% said they would be likely or very likely to recommend the service to others. (Last year, this figure was 91%).

  • 87% agreed or strongly agreed that they found Talking Point helpful. (This figure was 88% last year).

  • 78% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that Talking Point helped them to feel less isolated. (This figure was 77% last year).

  • More people aged 65-74 and 75-84 completed the survey this year, and a higher percentage of respondents were male (20%).

If anyone has any further comments or questions about the survey results, it'd be great to hear from you. The best ways to contact me are via Private Message or email.

Many thanks again for all your help and feedback. :)
