@Mart2020 . It is tricky. I hope the fact sheet is useful. At this time of year, when it gets dark early, I think drawing the curtains is quite important, as reflections in the windows can be very confusing. Soft lights, relaxing music, having tea and a biscuits or a piece of cake. All these things can help. Anything that can distract a bit is good, as it's often a time when people with dementia feel they should be doing something like going home/picking up the children from school/ making a meal.
