Just wavewd OH off in an emergency ambulance. Suddenly hitting me just how supportive he is. no sleep as yet so going to try and rest for a shilw

@Dunroamin , what a worry. I hope you wake up to good news and that he comes home soon. Do you have other family that can support you in the meantime?

I do hope your OH will make a speedy recovery and be home with you soon. I also hope you have some family support while he is unwell.

Thank you all . He is now home and resting. He was whisked to A/E by most efficient and caring paramedics following administration of morphine. Seen immediately in A/E and admitted. Scanned, prodded, bruised and whacked, he is now resting.

What also impressed was the response of our carers group and social services as I am considered a vulnerable adult.

Im so glad to hear that he is back home.
Im also very pleased that you were supported while he was away. We hear so many bad things about Social Services, so its nice to hear something positive.
