For those of you who have been following my threads on how difficult and stressful moving from one county to another one is when there is no nearby hospital care that can meet challenging behaviour I have some good news at long last. My husband is now in a Nursing Home within walking distance of my new house. Its taken eighteen months to achieve this but I never gave up hope. Looking back now I just wished I had moved nearer to my family sooner before my husband got to the stage where he was sectioned and needed help and support 24/7. Thank you to all who replied to my posts.

It was the same for us @Rosebay.

By the time we had relocated to be nearer our son, my husband was too ill to enjoy it . It has been a wonderful move for me and such a pity it didn't`t happen earlier so we could both have benefitted.
